To celebrate Dry January, CopperBay Hôtel Lancaster is offering guests complimentary non-alcoholic cocktails from their new exclusive menu. Situated just off the Champs-Élysées, guests are invited to discover three unique creations that feature bold and refined flavor combinations. These cocktails are perfect for those participating in Dry January or anyone looking to be more mindful after the festive season.
First on the menu is The Bitter Tonic, balancing tart and floral flavours, made with Lyre’s Italian Spritz, apple cider vinegar, dry tonic and orange blossom – the perfect aperitif with a tangy twist. Next up is CopperBay’s Negroni 0.0, a complex and sophisticated drink capturing the essence of this classic cocktail. Whilst the Lyre’s Dry London Spirit provides a juniper-forward, botanical base, the Lyre’s Apéritif Dry adds a layered herbaceous note. A vibrant pop of Lyre’s Italian Orange adds a bittersweet citrus finish synonymous with the negroni. To conclude the menu is the Med Collins offering a non-alc twist on the classic Tom Collins.
